All coaching sessions are available virtually or in-person. Workshops and intensives are primarily delivered in person in the metro Atlanta area. Travel outside of Atlanta is available and may incur additional fees.

For workshops and intensives, booking 3–4 weeks in advance is ideal to allow time for customization. Coaching sessions can typically be scheduled within one to two weeks.
